Bulk Trash Reminder - Sunday January 4th

Don’t forget to set your bulk trash out at the curb this weekend, no later than Sunday night January 4th.
Bulk Trash will be collected next week, sometime between Monday and Friday (1/5 - 1/9).
If your trash is not picked up by Friday January 9th, please contact the Town of Gilbert at 480-503-6400 and advise them that your house (and/or neighborhood) was missed during the Bulk Trash collection week.

CANCELLED: December Board of Directors meeting

As in previous years, the Board of Directors meeting for December has been cancelled, but will reconvene in January. We wish everyone a very merry holiday. See you in January!

Winter Wonderland Event - Saturday Dec 6th - 2008

Come down to the The Boulders at Adventure Park THIS Saturday, Dec 6th for lots of winter fun!

The Winter Wonderland Event will begin at 9am and will continue until 12 noon. There will be 30 tons of snow, free pictures with Santa Claus, and an awesome community vendor/business fair. Food, drinks, and snacks will also be available for purchase.

Neighbors Helping Neighbors… Cans of food will be collected at the event to donate to the United Food Bank. This local non-profit organization’s mission is to provide access to nutritious food for those who are without, serving as a community bridge between those who want to help and those who are in need. We encourage you to participate in this important act of giving. The local Cub Scout Troop 125 has volunteered to assist with the collection of the food.

Grass Common Areas - Overseeding & Cert of Insurance

PLEASE KEEP OFF GRASS… from Sept 18th to Oct 20th

ProQual Landscaping will begin overseeding all grass common areas on Thursday, Sept 18th (see schedule below).
Please remain off all turf areas for 4 weeks, until Oct 20th, to allow the winter grass to germinate properly.

- Sept 18th… overseed main parks
- Sept 19th… overseed remaining areas
- Sept 19th… increase watering cycles to encourage germination
- Oct 20th… mow grass for first time since overseed

ATHLETIC TEAMS & RESIDENT GATHERINGS…
Please remember that all athletic groups, and some resident groups*, who utilize the San Tan Ranch common areas must provide Vision Community Management with a certificate of insurance.

*An example of a resident group needing to provide a certificate of insurance would be where a bouncy-house was setup on a common area.
If the equipment is vendor-owned, the vendor should have a certificate of insurance that they can provide.

Community Garage Sale - September 27th

The Fall Community Garage Sale is scheduled for September 27th.
The Social Committee will advertise the event in the newspaper and hang banners at the community entrances… so all you need to do is post signs directing shoppers from the entrances to your home.

Bulk Trash will be collected next week, sometime between Monday and Friday (9/1 - 9/5).

The Town of Gilbert has confirmed that the Bulk Trash pickup schedule will not be affected by the Labor Day holiday (Sept 1st).
