The San Tan Ranch Board of Directors consists of 7 volunteer homeowners who have been elected to conduct and manage the affairs of the San Tan Ranch community. Together they strive to promote community spirit, while protecting and enhaning the neighborhood’s assets.

Board meetings… are held on the second Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm. All members of San Tan Ranch are encouraged to attend. Homeowners may share their comments and concerns during the Homeowner Comment period, which begins promptly at the beginning of each meeting at 6:30 pm. The Board of Directors are currently meeting at the San Tan Elemetary school, but the location may change from month to month depending on availability. Please check the Calendar of Events to confirm the date, time and location of each meeting.

The Annual Board Meeting… is held during the month of April for the purpose of electing new Directors to those positions that have become available. The Annual Meeting is also utilized to gather the community together for discussion in a “Town Hall” style forum.
