The Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 8th at 6:30pm (2010) in the San Tan Ranch Elementary Multi-Purpose Room (GYM). All residents are invited to this FREE community BBQ dinner, where homeowners will be elected to the Board of Directors. The Annual Meeting notice and ballot has already been mailed out to all San Tan Ranch homeowners. If you are unable to attend the meeting and vote, please be sure to mail in your ballot in the pink pre-paid envelope provided, as soon as possible.

The 2010 Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held at The Boulders at Adventure Park on Saturday, March 27th from 9am to 11am… This event includes four separate age-appropriate egg hunts (see schedule below) with prizes, goody bags, bouncy castle, bouncy slide, and pictures with the Easer Bunny… CLICK HERE to view the flyer.The event is FREE, if pre-registered… or $3 per child at the entrance (if not pre-registered). You can register for the Easter Egg Hunt by emailing your children’s names and ages to social@santanranch.org, so that each child can be added to the check-in roster… this will also allow the Social Committee to estimate how many plan to attend.

The egg hunt schedule is as follows:
0 to 3 years – 9:15am
4 to 6 years – 9:45am
7 to 9 years – 10:15am
10 to 12 years – 10:45am

The Board of Directors monthly meeting is this Thursday, March 11th.
