PAVEMENT REPAIRS:
Repairs have been scheduled on San Tan Ranch alleyways and are currently underway. See below for the sealcoating schedule and map:
October 13, 2009
Section 1 (Blue) will be closed for sealcoating…
The pavement will be blocked off to all vehicular traffic and must be completely free of parked vehicles and other obstructions.
Vehicles that have not been removed may be towed at the Owner’s expense.
October 14, 2009
Section 2 (Green) will be closed for sealcoating.
Section 1 (Blue) will be closed to allow for drying and curing…
The pavement will be blocked off to all vehicular traffic and must be completely free of parked vehicles and other obstructions.
Vehicles that have not been removed may be towed at the Owner’s expense.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:
Onsite access to a water source will be required for the project. The crew may need to utilize small amounts of water from private residences at various points throughout the community. The amount of water per attachment is usually 25 gallons or less.
