GET READY… SET…
A date has finally been set for the second Community Garage sale of the year!
The Fall Community Garage Sale will be held on Saturday & Sunday, October 3 – 4 (2009). Please mark these dates on your calendars and get ready to rid yourself of unwanted clutter and/or make some extra cash. Each community garage sale is advertised in the East Valley Tribune, as well as the Arizona Republic and Craigslist. Banners are hung at the community entrances and residents who want to increase traffic to their individual yard sale post additional signs to direct shoppers from the entrances to their homes.

The Board of Directors meeting for August has been cancelled, but will reconvene in September. We hope everyone had a great summer. See you in September!
