The 2010 Summer “Movie Night In The Park” is THIS Friday, June 25th… The featured presentation is Monsters vs Aliens, which will begin at 7:50pm.
[ The showing time is later than other movie nights, due to a later sunset and higher temperatures ]
Bring your chairs and blankets down to the Boulders at Adventure Park (barn park) and get comfortable under the stars with your family, friends, and neighbors. Arrive early, at 7:20pm, to choose your spot on the lawn and enjoy complimentary popcorn & snacks… *Changes have been made to our audio/video equipment, concessions, and sprinkler schedule in order to correct past issues and create a great movie-night experience.

The 2010 Spring “Movie Night In The Park” is THIS Friday, April 30th… The featured presentation is Bedtime Stories, which will begin at 7pm… Bring your chairs and blankets down to the Boulders at Adventure Park (barn park) and get comfortable under the stars with your family, friends, and neighbors. Arrive early, at 6:30pm, to choose your spot on the lawn and enjoy complimentary popcorn & snacks.
***Changes have been made to our audio/video equipment, concessions, and sprinkler schedule in order to correct past issues and create a great movie-night experience.

Annual Meeting & BBQ Dinner – Apr 8th, 6:30pm – 2010

The Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 8th at 6:30pm (2010) in the San Tan Ranch Elementary Multi-Purpose Room (GYM). All residents are invited to this FREE community BBQ dinner, where homeowners will be elected to the Board of Directors. The Annual Meeting notice and ballot has already been mailed out to all San Tan Ranch homeowners. If you are unable to attend the meeting and vote, please be sure to mail in your ballot in the pink pre-paid envelope provided, as soon as possible.

2010 Annual Easter Egg Hunt – Sat, March 27th

The 2010 Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held at The Boulders at Adventure Park on Saturday, March 27th from 9am to 11am… This event includes four separate age-appropriate egg hunts (see schedule below) with prizes, goody bags, bouncy castle, bouncy slide, and pictures with the Easer Bunny… CLICK HERE to view the flyer.The event is FREE, if pre-registered… or $3 per child at the entrance (if not pre-registered). You can register for the Easter Egg Hunt by emailing your children’s names and ages to social@santanranch.org, so that each child can be added to the check-in roster… this will also allow the Social Committee to estimate how many plan to attend.

The egg hunt schedule is as follows:
0 to 3 years – 9:15am
4 to 6 years – 9:45am
7 to 9 years – 10:15am
10 to 12 years – 10:45am

REMINDER: 2009 Winter Wonderland & Vendor Fair

The 2009 Winter Wonderland & Vendor Fair is TOMORROW, Saturday, Dec 5th from 9am to 11:30am.
Come down to The Boulders at Adventure Park for lots of winter fun!

There will be 30 tons of real snow, so dress warm and cozy… Free pictures with Santa Claus… Storytime with Mrs Claus… Complimentary hot chocolate and apple cider… Community vendor/business fair to browse and shop… Free raffles donated by each vendor… and we will also have hot dogs, chips, drinks, and cotton candy available for a small cost.

DONATE…
Neighbors Helping Neighbors… Non-perishable food will be collected at the event to donate to the United Food Bank. Give back this holiday season and help feed the hungry right here in Arizona. Donations don’t have to be big. Even one can help!!

VENDORS!!!…

Winter Wonderland & Vendor Fair – Sat, Dec 5th – 09

The 2009 Winter Wonderland & Vendor Fair has been scheduled for Saturday, December 5th. Mark the date on your calendars and prepare for lots of winter fun!

The event will be held at The Boulders at Adventure Park from 9am to 11:30am. There will be 30 tons of real snow, free pictures with Santa Claus, free hot chocolate, and an awesome community vendor/business fair. Food, drinks, and snacks will also be available for purchase.

VENDORS!!!… Come one, come all!… This event is a great opportunity to network with others in this community and grow your business. Please reserve your spot by emailing your contact information and business name to social@santanranch.org. The reservation is free, but you must supply your own table/booth.

Donations Welcome… Food and/or clothing will be collected at the event to donate to a local charity foundation. More information will be provided as plans are finalized.

Come down to The Boulders at Adventure Park for one or both features and enjoy complimentary popcorn & hot chocolate. Bring your chairs and blankets and get comfortable under the stars.

Fall Community Garage Sale – Oct 3 & 4 – 2009

REMINDER: The second Community Garage sale of 2009 is this Saturday & Sunday, October 3 – 4. Get rid of unwanted clutter and plan to have a yard sale this weekend. The Fall Community Garage Sale will be advertised in the East Valley Tribune, as well as the Arizona Republic and Craigslist, and banners will be hung at the community entrances. If residents want to increase traffic to their individual yard sale, they can post additional signs directing shoppers from the entrances to their home.

The Fall Community Garage Sale will be held on Saturday & Sunday, October 3 – 4 (2009). Please mark these dates on your calendars and get ready to rid yourself of unwanted clutter and/or make some extra cash. Each community garage sale is advertised in the East Valley Tribune, as well as the Arizona Republic and Craigslist. Banners are hung at the community entrances and residents who want to increase traffic to their individual yard sale post additional signs to direct shoppers from the entrances to their homes.
